She left there with her parents to reside in Texas and Washington, before coming to the Ferry Point district in Alberta in 1908. Anna married John W.

Ellingson of Doren-lee, Alberta in 1912, where she resided until moving to 1407 Bowness Rd. Calgary, in 1945. She is survived bv a sister Daisy Halladay of Calgary and a brother Walter Albers of Camrose, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased bv her husband John in 1967, daughter Marguerite in 1936, and two brothers John and Gus Albers. Also surviving are two sons Ronald and Barry and daughter-in-law Laura; his mother Mrs. Mable War-dell of Calgary; a brother and sister-in-law Leonard and Isabel Shackell, Thousand Palms, California.

Mr. Shackell was employed with Canada Packers for thirty-four years in Winnipeg, Prince Albert, Regina and transferred to Calgary in 1956, retiring in 1979. He served with the R.C.A.F. in World War II, was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Ogden Branch No. 154.

He won the Manitoba Open Golf Championship in 1944, Saskatchewan Amateur Golf Championship in 1948, and a member of the Saskatchewan Wellingdon Cup Team in the same year. Mr. Shackell retired to Thousand Palms, California in 1979. Services to be conducted bv Rev. Mark Bedford Tuesday, January 31, at 3:00 p.m.

Korman, of Trinity Lodge, passed away at the Rockyview General Hospital, on January 27, 1984, at the age of 84 years. Mr. Korman is survived bv one son, Douglas G. Korman Q.C. of Calgary; one daughter and son-in-law Marguerite and Richard B.

MacBev and five grandchildren, Tanis and Nathan MacBey and Pat, Mike and Mary K. Korman all of Calgary. Mr. Korman was predeceased by his wife Irene, on March 3, 1968. Mr.

Korman was a retired officer of the Bank of Montreal. He started his career with the bank in 1919 and served in various branches in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, until his retirement in 1961. Mr. Korman had been very active in community affairs and served as president of numerous Boards of Trade. He was also a fourth degree Knight of Columbus.

She is survived by three sons, Vernon (Bonnie), Dale and Bud (Velena), all of Calgary; ten grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Born January 30, 1903 in Lincoln Valley, North Dakota, came with her family to the Beiseker area at the age of 14.

She was married to Daniel Triebwasser on October 21, 1929. They lived in the Cluny area for a brief period before moving to Benalto and soon after to the Rocky Mountian House area. They farmed in the Rocky Mountain House area, where their children were born and raised. They moved to Calgary in 1954 where she has since resided. Martha was predeceased by her husband Dan in 1967 and also by three brothers, Henry, Lawrence and Wil-bert Seibel.
