Embrace Life Card
This is a simple card to make without a
lot of layers. I stamped the linen background on Vanilla
Cardstock and also on the card itself. I use the brayer to
make sure I get good contact on the paper when using big
stamps. I then stamped the images from the Embrace Life
Stampset right over the background and colored them in. Easy
Peasy!

Stamp Camp Details!
If you live in the Huntsville, AL. area,
dates for Stamp Camp are:
Session 1 - Friday, June 6 -
9:00am - 12:30pm
Session 2 - Friday, June 6 - 6:00pm - 9:30pm
Session 3 - Saturday, June 7 - 9:00am - 12:30pm
You will be going home with 10 completed
projects or cards total. Cost is $45.00 and includes the
Independence Day Stamp set.
If you already have this stamp set you can substitute
another set which is no more than $20.95, please tell me
when you register. You will need to bring a paper cutter,
bone folder, scissors, and adhesive. There will be raffles
at each event to win SU products with proceeds going to a
charity which will be announced at the meeting (we haven't
picked it yet).

expected at Registration. We will be meeting at a church in
Jones Valley for Stamp Camp. Spaces fill up fast so don't
delay.
Wild About You!
I love this set for baby cards. This is a
really fast card to put together once you get your cutting
done. If you were to do this card on a square card you would
have room to use the heads of 2 other animals on the card.

More Retreat!
So I finally had a whole day of being
able to stamp and I got to do it at home! I got several
projects done. My favorite one got selected as a Stamp Camp
Card so you'll have to wait to see it. If you live in the
Huntsville area and want to attend stamp camp, please
contact me. I'll be posting details tomorrow about how you
can attend.
Since I can't post the card I intended to
today, here are a couple more cards from retreat.
Big On Spring Gate Fold Card
It has taken me an hour to get this far!
And the reason of course is Lola! This is her in her
favorite place in my stamping room/office. She is sitting on
my wheels under the table where my light table is.
Back to stamping business, here is

Here is another card made with the Big On
Spring set and Summer Picnic DP. The Summer Picnic DP will
definitely be on my next order. I had been on the edge about
ordering it but after seeing it I just loved it.
This is a very simple card to make and it
also uses our new Striped Grosgrain Ribbon.
WOW! I managed to finish this whole post
at one time! Wonder why? Lola is taking a nap in her puppy
play pen! There is hope I can stamp again....

Retreat!
I finally got to stamp but I had to leave
home to do so. Every time I sit down to stamp Lola wants to
play. I had forgotten how much like babies puppies are. Some
of her favorite things are cat food, dryer sheets, any scrap
of paper, well you get the picture.
My upline, Joann Wiemers had a fantastic
retreat for all of us in her group last Saturday and I
finally got to stamp. I'll be sharing some of the projects
we did over the next week. Okay, so I started writing this 6
hours ago and now it is time for bed. I know there is always
tomorrow!
